Behavior Support

Providing cutting edge behavioral services

About Behavior Support Services

Our mission is twofold. First, we are dedicated to providing cutting edge behavioral services to our flourishing continuum of day programs starting with our two non-public schools as well as our adult day programs Center for Arts and Adult Education and Choices for Adult learning. Our services include but are not limited to Functional Behavior Assessment and Functional Analysis Assessment when warranted, designing positive behavior support plans, providing safety training and support, and conducting research.

Second, we seek to share our 33 years of experience of working with persons neurological and intellectual disabilities with those that are seeking data based proven methods for living harmoniously with those who engage in aberrant behavior. Currently we are vendored with San Diego Regional Center to provide Behavioral services as well as being certified to provide Autism services through a select group of insurance providers.

Program Benefits

  • We are 100% committed to working as a part of a treatment team.

  • Our BCBA`s specialize in designing positive behavioral interventions for those that have not benefited from conventional approaches to solving behavioral challenges.

  • Our success is driven by our absolute commitment letting data determine treatment effectiveness.

  • We are committed to teaching paraprofessionals and families how to teach and maintain positive behavior as well as how to stay safe during times when the client is engaging in challenging behavior.

  • We use a competency based modal for assessing when paraprofessionals and parents/family members are ready to deliver behavioral interventions independent of a consultant.
