THE TERI MICROGREENS PROGRAM
Our students cultivate and sell organic, nutrient rich microgreens grown to chefs’ specifications for several San Diego County restaurants. Grown on our organic farm, the microgreens are cut and packaged by variety, date stamped, refrigerated, and delivered within 24 to 48 hours of harvest. The program provides students vocational training in the areas of growing, harvesting, safe packaging and delivery of the product directly to participating restaurants.
