Behavior Support Services
THE TERI IN-HOME BEHAVIOR SUPPORT SERVICES
TERI's In-Home Behavior Support Services are an integral component of all TERI programs. We serve both families and Fiduciaries who oversee people who need these in-home services. These services are insurance funded or private pay. They include, but are not limited to:
Functional behavior assessment and analysis
Designing and implementing positive behavior support plans including emergency interventions, providing safety training and support
Teaching our students skills to mitigate maladaptive behavior
TERI’s Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) teach behaviors that enable both children and adults to reduce stress and improve their overall quality of life. Family members are trained to create a safe environment if behavior becomes challenging or dangerous. They are also given the tools and taught to reinforce and maintain positive behaviors.
What does Behavior Support look like?
TERI works collaboratively with the entire treatment team.
TERI's BCBAs specialize in designing support systems that effectively reduce or eliminate severe problem behaviors.
TERI measures documented data to determine the effectiveness of an individual’s treatment.
