Leadership - Kenyauda Brewington

Kenyauda Brewington

Development Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO

Kenyauda joined TERI after completing her MBA at National University in La Jolla, CA. She is also a graduate of California State University San Bernardino, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Kenyauda’s passion to help others has been displayed professionally through her social work background with the San Bernardino County Juvenile Public Defenders Office. Her interest in the clientele we serve here at TERI started when she received her certification as a Direct Support Professional while pursuing her undergraduate degree. Not only does Kenyauda bring her compassion to TERI, but also her 5+ years in Lending and Marketing & Business Development in the banking industry, which she is eager to use to make TERI a mission known and replicated worldwide.

“When not working I enjoy: Lifting weights, singing, dancing, fellowship and spending quality time with my family. For the most part, I’m a homebody but I love a good amusement park day!”

Leadership - Greg Snaer

Greg Snaer

Director of Legacy & Community Engagement

Since 1997, Greg has been a vibrant part of the TERI Family. Starting as an instructor at the Learning Academy, he has since worked and led many programs and initiatives at TERI, leaving an indelible mark on each one. Greg has weaved his passion for artistic expression into launching art, music, theatre, and yoga programs at TERI. Greg’s belief in Collective Impact is evident in his work with legacy planning and his passion and involvement in helping the community to connect with people with special needs.

Leadership - Ashley Klein

Ashley Klein

Marketing & Communications Manager

Ashley came to TERI in 2015 with experience in development and marketing at non-profits and is a former high-school English teacher. She is a proud alumni of Florida State University – Go Seminoles! TERI has been the perfect place to utilize her talents and desire to be a part of a mission that will change the world. TERI’s positive environment filled with interesting, loving students and dedicated staff are a daily inspiration. Ashley is particularly passionate about building the Campus of Life so that TERI can live out its mission to the fullest capability-all to benefit the TERI students and those with developmental disabilities beyond our walls.

Leadership - Nicole Serrano

Nicole Serrano

Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Nicole recently joined the TERI team after graduating from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a Bachelors of Science in Business with a Concentration in Entrepuership. She has a passion for sports, specifically softball which she played for 13 years. Nicole’s commitment to helping others led her to pursue a career within the non-profit sector, particularly helping those with special needs.

“When not working I enjoy: exploring San Diego, spending time with my husband, playing with my dog Chewy, and watching sports. Go Dodgers!”

Leadership - Matthew Anderson

Matthew Anderson

Fundraising and Event Coordinator

Matthew started his career with TERI in 2014 at The Learning Academy, one of TERI’s Non-Public Schools. After a few years working in direct programming and behavioral support services, he chose to pursue an opportunity working in development. Matthew has a deep passion for serving individuals with special needs and their families, and looks forward to the completion of TERI’s Campus of Life! Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from Concordia University Chicago and is an IALQ certified Special Needs Life Quality Coach.

“When not working I enjoy: camping, volunteering at church, hiking, traveling with my wife, playing music, and a good cup of tea!”

Nicole Brinks

Director of Annual Giving

Nicole has been with TERI since 2010.  She holds two Bachelor Degrees in Marketing and Finance from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. She has an undeniable passion for working with the families and students at TERI.

“When not working I enjoy: traveling, spending time with my family, and supporting the other passion in my life, animals. And of course, listening to 80’s music- I love it!”
