Effective February 1, 2006, Residential
Services employees with a hire date equal to or greater than February
1, 2006 hired to work in a full-time, split-shift, direct care or
nursing position in the residential services program are eligible for
a $500.00 sign-on bonus as follows:
$100.00 The first pay period
following the completion of three (3) months of Residential program
service
$100.00 The first pay period
following the completion of six (6) months of Residential program
service
$300.00 The first pay period
following the completion of twelve (12) months of Residential program
service
