TO THE TERI FAMILY
As
parents of children and adults with special needs, we share a common
bond. Our sons and daughters will require support across the lifespan,
and it is our responsibility to assure that they have the assistance
and expertise they need in order to flourish and meet their individual
potential. Many of us have searched for years to find an organization
like TERI that is dedicated to the success of each individual they
serve. The Parent & Family Organization was founded to allow
us to work together to secure the future of our children. The journey
may be long, but you need not go alone. Welcome to the TERI family.
PARENT
& FAMILY ORGANIZATION GOALS
- To
support each other through quarterly meetings and information
sharing sessions.
- To
support the TERI mission and vision through active support of
fundraising, development, and program goals.
THERE
ARE MANY WAYS TO HELP
- Be
an active participant. There is no better way to assure your child's
future than through your direct involvement.
- Volunteer
your time at one of the TERI programs. Share a special talent
with our adults; assist at the Equestrian Program; spend a few
hours at the Potpourri Gift Shop or help out with fundraising
events.
- Become
a member of the Parent & Family Organization and Steering
Committee. Ask friends, family and business associates to join
the TERI Director's Council.
- Never
miss an opportunity to share with the community the important
work being done at TERI.
