 First
S.T.E.P. is a licensed corporate-sponsored childcare program available
to TERI, Inc. employees. This benefit has been offered to staff
since 1984, and provides quality infant and preschool services to
children aged 3 months to 5 years. First S.T.E.P. has served as
a mainstream integration site for children with developmental disabilities
from within the community, and offers infant stimulation as well
as educational programs. TERI, Inc. is one of the first businesses
in our community to develop and deliver corporate-sponsored childcare
for its employees, and is committed to widespread provision of this
important family support.
Effective
July 1, 2006, we will be suspending our First STEP program due to
low enrollment. It is a highly valued program which we plan to reinstitute
as soon as increased enrollment warrants.
