Help Stop the 10% Cut! Sign Your Letters Now
CAHF has issued an urgent Call-to-Action asking service providers, families, and friends across the state to write the governor and Legislature. Our message: Don't cut long-term care! The overall goal: to send 100,000 letters by February 15th.
TERI has committed to send 500 letters and we need your help.
Why do we need the letters sent so quickly? Because the legislature is considering the governor's proposed budget now and will likely vote in the next two weeks on whether to accept the budget -- and its proposed cuts -- or make changes. We want the Legislature to remove the 10% Medi-Cal cut which is slated for long-term care providers.
DIRECTIONS:
We are asking each person to sign 3 letters. You will need to print and sign a letter for each of the following legislators. Please fax your signed letters to Nicole at 760-721-9872 or mail them to TERI (251 Airport Road, Oceanside, CA 92058) by Feb. 15th and we will send them off for you.

Please forward this to your colleagues, family, and friends in the community and encourage them to send a letter as well. Only a strong show of support can help us protect these important services. Thanks for your support.
