We attain happiness and peace of mind by giving it to someone else
TERI knows we do not stand alone when caring for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities and their families. It is the community where we work and live that supports our students and adults, allowing them to thrive. Your investment in our work ensures the promise of their future, provides countless life-changing opportunities for families, and enriches our community as a whole.
While our primary funding comes from government entities, these contracts do not cover the complex and high-quality programs offered at TERI. Throughout the year we fundraise to support the meaningful and necessary programs that make TERI unique in San Diego. We invite you today to be a part of our family by funding programs that change lives.
Ways to give creatively during tough times:
Annual Fund gifts provide a constant stream of flexible income that enables TERI to close the annual funding gap from what the government pays and what TERI requires in order to maintain the margin of excellence that distinguishes TERI from other care providers.
Most individuals evaluate their giving ability in terms of their own annual income. Annual gifts may be made in the form of a one time gift or in 12 monthly installments, enabling donors to be recognized for a larger donation than a one-time gift permits. Monthly installment gifts may be made via credit card or electronic transfer from a checking or savings account.
All Annual Fund donors are recognized periodically in TERI publications such as newsletters and annual reports. The names of donors with cumulative annual fund contributions in the amount of $10,000 and more will be permanently recognized on the campus of the Center for Research & Life Planning.
