 TERI
provides consultation and training to public school special education
programs and personnel, families, police departments, medical personnel,
and other community members who support or work with individuals
who have developmental disabilities. The agency hosts an annual
Conference on Autism designed to bring nationally known experts
in this disability field to San Diego. TERI also routinely presents
at local, statewide, and national conferences on issues relating
to the delivery of high quality educational and behavioral supports
for this population, and has authored and sold manuals and video
training packages.
