Chief Executive
Officer (CFO)
TERI, Inc. was founded in 1980 and has
been cited as a model program in the State of California for the
quality of services it provides to individuals with developmental
and learning disabilities. TERI is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3)
California Corporation with a $14M annual budget currently seeking a
CFO to join our Executive team in Oceanside, California (San Diego
County). This is a “hands on” key position reporting directly to
the CEO. The CFO is responsible for the accounting and
financial management of TERI by overseeing accounts payable,
accounts receivable, payroll, financial statements and schedules,
cash flow, treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing,
real estate, long range forecasting, and insurance activities for
the organization. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with MBA
receiving higher consideration. A minimum of ten (10) years
successful financial experience with companies of comparable size
and complexity and three (3) years of financial management
experience. Previous related work experience in non-profit

Center
for Art & Adult Education
CAAE (Adult
Day Program) Supervisor
Supervises staff and
clients at the Center for Art and Adult Education. Responsibilities
include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work
of direct care staff; addressing complaints and resolving problems;
developing creative, client-centered programs based on client
assessment; working with the community to develop new training
sites; providing direct client care as needed; providing behavioral
support. Must be able to work as an enthusiastic part of a team. Shift M-F/Days.

Program Services
Registered Nurse (RN)/Case Manager
Part-time, Provide health related assessments and case
management services to adults with developmental disabilities living
in a TERI ICF/DD-H licensed residential group home in North San
Diego County. Paid training provided - no prior experience
required. Shift: Tuesday-Friday, 20 hours a week, flexible
schedule. Salary: $27/hour plus up to $200.00 per month
personal vehicle mileage allowance. Job Requirements: Valid CA RN
license, acceptable
driving record and criminal history background check. Direct care experience working
with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Residential Program Instructor - Live-In
$500 Sign-on Bonus! Full-time. Provide training & supervision to adults with
developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting.
Shift: M-F, morning (6:30am-9:00am) and evening (3:30pm-9:30pm).
Salary: Start at $10.00 to $12.00/hr. based on education and
experience +
benefits (benefits for full-time positions only). Job
Requirements: 1 year exp, HS/GED, acceptable driving record &
ability to obtain Class B DL.
Residential Program Instructor

Full-time and Part-time. Provide training & supervision to

background check. Salary: Start at $14.00-$17.00/hr plus
benefits.
Special Education Teacher –
Country School/San Marcos
Full-time. Provide education and instruction to a class of
approximately 9 learning disabled students. Shift:
Monday-Friday/Days/Traditional school Year (September - June).
Job Requirements: CA Special Education teacher credential.
Prefer previous experience in multi-age, multi-grade,
self-contained classroom or special education resource room and
experience with Autism/Asperger's Syndrome,
acceptable
driving record and criminal history background check. Salary: $34,000/yr
(10-month pay cycle) plus
benefits.
Special Education Teacher –
Learning Academy/Oceanside
Full-time. Provide supervision to teacher aides performing
one-to-one education to children with developmental disabilities
in the classroom and community. Occasionally perform backup,
direct, hands-on, education to students. Shift:
Monday-Friday/Days/Year-round school. Job Requirements: CA
Special Education teacher credential, 1-year directly related
exp,

$38,000-$45,000/yr based on education and experience plus
benefits.

This position offers very flexible, convenient, work hours
while providing childcare to pre-school through adolescent-aged
children with autism, developmental disabilities and special needs in their homes. Shift: Flexible hours.

reimbursement (up to 40 miles per work assignment/shift) + additional $1.00/hr. for
